Royston and GF ( I hope wife to be soon) they look so nice together! These were our order for the day. Two sets of fried chicken rice balls, thai spicy chicken feets (ordered wrongly-though it was spicy clams?!) Two ice white coffee and herbal jelly. It only cost us RM28 in air con!!!!!


Been to Melaka more than 5 times on bikes. Usually stay (Bayview) opposite of this resturant. Near the Hospital. Did not notice of this nice place.

After lunch we rode round the corner to left this is tourist shopping site. One has to purchase coupons (either coconut RM3 or durian RM5) at the reception before quene for your chendol here. Our Durian chendol came with this flower handle.

Took the wrong turn from extra "marker", end up in the town of Muar.
Moving off after confirmation. lucky the beamer(BMW) mr Black was there to bring us back on track

The guys enjoying the hot dip- around 80 deg C. The local people were very pleasant.
One nice old malay lady noticed that I was afraid of the heat, she took some water with her laddle and gently pour on my feet. SO SWEET!!!!




We said our good byes after topping up petrol @ Mobil kiosk. Wanting to try out our new jacket with cold air @Genting.

By the time we reached Air Kedoh(Malacca exit)- we were too hungry and tired.

Witnessed this beautiful view along NSH.

We had dinner @ A&W Air Kedoh R&R. Reach GP R&R for supper- satay before heading home. Reach home 2300hrs. 695km

West Malaysia on V-Strom 13-15 April 2008

Trip to Cameron highland, Pulau Pinang , Gerik , Banding Island, Jeli, Genting Highland, and back via NSH E2 ,E6 ,E1, A5,A7,76,66,8,Karak Highway and back thru NSH back home

From Banding Islands to Jeli

first stop some roadside makan

4 fried chicken , 2 pcs of sea brass(very fresh from farm), veg ,rice and coffee and tea = RM 13.80. The cook food in containers - hygienic kept.

Saw elephant crossing sign board but didn't see any elephant (must be from thailand)

No-one is a professional pillion until they experience a serious toe cramp after spending 13 hours on the saddle!

We were 32 km from kula lapis

(actually this is her way of telling me she doesn't want to got to frazer hill!)
She was immediately fine after we agreed to go to genting for dinner !





We stay at the highway motel before return back to singapore
